What is the FlashCAM Deterrent System?

The FlashCAM is a unique digital deterrent system designed to give cities, towns, law enforcement, school districts, water companies and other entities a pro-active solution to stop graffiti, vandalism, theft, illegal trash dumping and other anti-social behavior.

FlashCam is activated by motion.  The system is solar-powered; no hard-wiring is needed.  It functions in daytime and/or nighttime.  When motion is detected, a bright light flashes, and your recorded message booms out informing the intruder:

          "Stop! It is illegal to vandalize this area. Your photo has just been taken and
          we will use this photograph to prosecute you. Leave now!"
